The initiative is part of the organization&#039;s range of ongoing training programs and was aimed at federal and state deputies, municipal and state secretaries, as well as leaders in strategic positions in public administration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bringing political leaders into the classroom, the course started from the premise that building a political legacy must go beyond the term of office and is linked to how governance is communicated to civil society. \u201cBuilding a political legacy depends on how governance is communicated. In partnership with Insper, the course was created so that leaders can communicate results with responsibility, ethics, and a commitment to transparency\u2014fundamental elements for strengthening public trust and facing challenges such as corruption,\u201d highlighted Rodrigo Cobra, executive director of RenovaBR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe goal was to offer tools, knowledge, and networking so that these leaders can communicate their legacy as an exercise in accountability, transparency, and commitment to democracy, especially in light of the 2026 election scenario, in which many of them will seek reelection,\u201d stated Marjorie Lynn, Director of Education at RenovaBR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Structured around two main axes, the course addressed topics such as image management, political capital, and institutional performance in different scenarios, as well as the presence of artificial intelligence \u2013 discussed in a class with M\u00e1rcio Gon\u00e7alves and Eduardo Campos from Microsoft. The program also covered recurring challenges on the public agenda, such as the economy, public safety, and the fight against corruption.
