The day was marked by conversations and panels that combined technical knowledge, strategy, and a commitment to integrity in public administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rodrigo Cobra, executive director of RenovaBR, kicked off the morning's lectures by encouraging students to reflect on their personal purpose and political commitment. William Hertz, CEO and co-founder of Apis3 Group, then brought more data- and evidence-based marketing to the discussion, demonstrating how a more structured approach can change electoral outcomes. He emphasized that connecting with voters is the starting point for any candidacy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
"No one votes for someone they don't know; you need to present yourself to voters of different backgrounds. The candidate thinks they choose the voters, but it's the voters who choose the candidate," he emphasized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, Bruno Brand\u00e3o, executive director of Transparency International \u2013 Brazil, presented an analysis of the global fight against corruption and the milestones that have guided this agenda. He also emphasized the central role of the judiciary in democracy, while also highlighting the challenges related to transparency and the integrity of institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The day also featured Valentina Trevor and Daniel Marcelino, from the JOTA portal, who shared analyses on legal certainty and the role of quality information in institutional strengthening, presenting to students the Legal and Regulatory Certainty Index created through the Jurisprudente project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, Creomar de Souza, political scientist at Dharma Political Risk and Strategy, provided a strategic perspective on political risks and trends in the national and international arena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The closing of the "Paths of Renewal" meeting in Bras\u00edlia marked the beginning of a new cycle in the Leaders 2025 training journey. Through technical learning and collective experiences, students leave Bras\u00edlia feeling integrated, engaged, and prepared to continue building a more transparent, representative, and transformative policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
