{"id":5358,"date":"2025-05-09T15:59:03","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T15:59:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/renovabr.org\/?p=5358"},"modified":"2025-05-09T16:26:24","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T16:26:24","slug":"conheca-mais-sobre-o-programa-de-formacao-lideres-renovabr-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.renovabr.org\/en\/conheca-mais-sobre-o-programa-de-formacao-lideres-renovabr-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Learn more about the RenovaBR 2025 Leaders Training program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aligned with the values that guide RenovaBR: ethics, transparency, learning, plurality and representation, the program <strong>Leaders Training 2025<\/strong> is structured to provide participants with fundamental knowledge about public policy and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We select and prepare citizens from diverse backgrounds, backgrounds, beliefs and positions so that they can work in politics, contributing to a more just, representative and dialogue-friendly society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, RenovaBR believes in democratizing access to knowledge and essential tools for excellent training, which enable greater qualification of future representatives of Brazilian politics and public debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the structure of the course?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With a total of <strong>150 hours of training<\/strong>, the experience combines synchronous and asynchronous online classes, as well as practical activities, mentoring, in-person events and discussion groups that guarantee a complete and immersive approach to building good policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the training, approval is required in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.renovabr.org\/en\/selecao-renovabr-esta-aberta-para-quem-deseja-se-candidatar-em-2026\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.renovabr.org\/selecao-renovabr-esta-aberta-para-quem-deseja-se-candidatar-em-2026\/\">RenovaBR 2025 Selection<\/a><\/strong> and implementation of the commitment deposit or granting of the exemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training consists of 60 hours of synchronous (live) classes, including a stage made up of three axes, each with paths focused on specific knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, it has 90 hours of diverse content, which involves online and in-person meetings, practical activities, discussion groups with experts and recorded content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personalized Leaders 2025 Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the information collected during the selection process stage, participants will be organized into different categories that add to their profile and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leadership in Action: <\/strong>citizens who wish to enter and contribute significantly to politics at the state or federal level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protagonists:<\/strong> public agents with a consolidating political trajectory, who seek to expand their impact on society and become a political reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Political References:<\/strong> leaders already elected or with outstanding performance in the public sector, who are aiming for reelection either at the state or federal level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Training will have face-to-face meetings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The Leaders 2025 Training program will feature <strong>three face-to-face meetings<\/strong> in order to provide greater interaction between students and the RenovaBR team, in addition to offering exclusive content with experts in politics and public management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first meeting, which will mark the Opening of the Training, will take place in August in Bras\u00edlia (DF). The second meeting of the course will take place in October, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), followed by the Graduation, in December, in the capital of S\u00e3o Paulo (SP).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">It is worth mentioning that participants may count on coverage of logistical expenses (transportation and\/or accommodation), upon justifying the need and completing the request form, which will be made available in the month prior to each event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Be a part of it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To be part of the Leaders 2025 Training program, you must apply in the selection process <strong>RenovaBR Selection<\/strong>.
