Last week, RenovaBR's Director of Education, Marjorie Lynn, attended the in-person meeting of the OAS Diplomate, organized by the OAS School of Government (Organization of American States), which took place from September 29 to October 3, in Washington, DC.
The week, packed with events and classes, strengthens ties between leaders, schools, and organizations dedicated to strengthening democracy, addressing topics such as governance, management, and public leadership in the Inter-American system.

Participants enjoyed an intense program, which included panels on democracy, multidimensional security, cybersecurity, human rights, gender, and social inclusion, as well as practical workshops on strategic negotiation and public management.
The agenda also included discussions on regional development, international trade, and climate change, as well as institutional visits to the OAS headquarters and historic sites in Washington.
