Four RenovaBR leaders were recognized at the Congresso em Foco 2024 Award, which had its ceremony held on Thursday night (29), in Brasília. 

In the Chamber of Deputies, Tabata Amaral (PSB-SP) stood out by winning 1st place in the “Best in the Chamber” category, voted by journalists. Tabata, who has already established herself as one of the main voices in defense of education and youth, reaffirms her leadership and impact on the Brazilian political scene.

In addition, Camila Jara (PT-MS) was recognized as the 2nd best parliamentarian in the Central-West Region, and Duarte Jr. (PSB-MA) obtained 2nd place in the Northeast Region. Both parliamentarians demonstrated a strong commitment to their regions and dedicated work to the causes that most impact their communities.

In the Senate, Alessandro Vieira (MDB-SE) secured 2nd place in the “Best in the Senate” category according to the vote of the specialized jury, a recognition of his commitment to integrity and the defense of public interests.

Award nominations
In addition to the award winners, RenovaBR had eight leaders nominated for the Congresso em Foco 2024 Award. In addition to those already mentioned, deputies Samuel Viana (Republicanos-MG), Pedro Aihara (PRD-MG), Fernando Marangoni (UB-SP), and deputy Gisela Simona (UB-MT) were also nominated.
