On April 22, RenovaBR launched the Public Management School Training in partnership with the OAS (Organization of American States). With the goal of training public leaders who work at various levels of Brazilian Public Management, the course seeks to promote essential skills for effective and impactful leadership. The focus will be on developing interpersonal skills that are critical to the current political dynamics.

With 26 hours of training, it is structured around three main themes: Public Governance, Negotiation and Communication. This is the first time that the OAS has partnered with a Third Sector organization in Brazil for a joint certification.

With the presence of Ana Carla Abrão, Vice President of New Business at B3, the Master Class took place on April 24 and was attended by 141 students working in public management, leaders in third sector organizations and managers in party foundations.

The faculty includes leading figures in public policy today: Silverio Zebral Filho, economist and political scientist; Carlos Ari Sundfeld, legal consultant and academic researcher in Public Law and Regulation; Ronan Damasco, technology officer; Deniza Gurgel, journalist and specialist in Political Branding; Felipe Guzman Ramirez, Senior Director at the OAS; Juan Felipe Yepes Gonzalez, political scientist; and Pepe Tonin, federal auditor of finances and control at the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU).
